                                                ABSTRACT
This research work was designed to critically examine the problems and prospects of poultry production and marketing in Epe  Local Government Area of Lagos State. The study focuses on the nature, problems, impacts, challenges and prospects of production and marketing in Nigeria, using Agriculture outfit (poultry farms) in Epe Local Government. The project draws its population from the management and employees of the selected poultry farms, structured questionnaire was adopted in collecting data from respondents and also in analyzing, interpreting the data, simple percentage method was used. In view of the statement of the problem stated, about 58% agreed that finance play a crucial role in the growth and development of poultry production and marketing. Also, 65% accepted that economic analysis has a good impact on productivity and realization of business objectives in poultry production and marketing. And 60% indicated that the survival of poultry production is a function of suitable market. Finally, recommendations are made for government and business owners to encourage the growth of poultry production and marketing through numerous programmes, financial assistance and policies that brings changes into the business so as to meet the needs of the societies which keep changing

                                                     ABSTRACT
The research was carried out to investigate the Financial Management and  Organizational Effectiveness in Secondary Schools in Epe Local Government Area  of Lagos State. The targeted population for this study was all the Secondary Schools in Epe Local Government Area of Lagos State from which a sample of 30 respondents which comprised of one principal and one vice principal per school were selected using simple random sampling technique. The research design for this study was a descriptive research design of survey type which was adopted to describe the Financial Management and  Organizational Effectiveness in Secondary Schools in Epe Local Government Educational Area  of Lagos State. A structured questionnaire was designed to collect information on the Financial Management and  Organizational Effectiveness in in Senior Secondary Schools in Epe Local Government Area of Lagos State. Fifteen (15) schools were sampled in Epe Local Government Area of Lagos State. Simple Percentages and Chi-square analysis tools were used in analyzing the responses. Findings revealed that that secondary schools in the south-west were effective in the affective and the psychomotor domains. The study concluded that researchers and theory formulators in educational leadership may have to recognize the distinction between the personal effectiveness of a leader and eventual organizational effectiveness recommended that the searchlight for the factors of secondary school performance should be directed further ahead to include associate organizational situations in form of resources, student stock and environment climate which are sometimes beyond the competence and manipulations of the principal.
